Vendor Application
Apply to participate in the Magna Main Street Arts Festival. All applications are reviewed by the festival committee — submission does not guarantee acceptance.

1. Application Process
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to review and approval by the festival committee.
2. Vendor Categories
Art Vendor — Creates works of art from raw materials.
Retail Vendor — Manufactures a product using licensed artwork or prefabricated components.
Food Vendor — Prepares and/or sells food or beverages. Must comply with all applicable laws and hold current permits.
Political — Provides information only.
3. Fees & Payments
Accepted vendors receive a PayPal invoice. Space is confirmed only after payment. Electricity ($10) and water ($10) are available but limited.
4. Set-Up & Breakdown
Set up between 9–10 AM. Breakdown after 6 PM. No cars on the street after 10 AM or before 7 PM.
5. Booth Requirements
Vendors supply their own booth materials (awning, tables, chairs, displays, signage). Booths must be clean and organized. Specific locations may be requested but are not guaranteed.
6. Product Restrictions
All products must comply with local laws. Counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
7. Insurance & Liability
Vendors must carry their own liability insurance. The festival organizers are not liable for any damages or injuries.
8. Cancellation
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Written cancellation notice is appreciated (magnaartsfestival@gmail.com).
